Kevin D. Plancher, MD, MPH is delighted to announce Dr. Karthikeyan Chinnakkannu and Dr. Thomas Evely as the latest graduates of the Plancher Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Fellowship Program. This ACGME-approved Fellowship is designed to offer an extensive clinical experience in sports medicine to include knee and elbow ligament repair/reconstruction, traumatic sports injuries as well as knee and shoulder arthritis. It focuses on operative and non-operative care of all individuals from pediatric to the middle-aged athletes. Dr. Chinnakkannu and Dr. Evely gained knowledge and experience through clinical volume performing advanced and complex surgical procedures, reporting and diagnosing patient outcomes in the office while gaining independence in a mentorship model towards graduation in 12 months. Upon graduation fellows are proficient in arthroscopic and open procedures of the knee, shoulder, elbow, hip, foot and ankle, wrist, and orthobiologics.

Kevin D. Plancher, MD, MPH, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and founder of Plancher Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine.
