Kevin D. Plancher, MD, MPH, MS, FACS, FAAOS, chair of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons’ (AAOS) Board of Specialty Societies (BOS) attended the AAOS Annual Meeting in San Diego September 1-3, 2021.
The AAOS Annual Meeting provides an excellent opportunity for innovation, collaboration, and education for the orthopaedic community. Dr. Plancher was delighted to take part in the meeting which offers lectures, panels, self-directed, and collaborative learning environments. From presentations to posters, he enjoyed embracing the chance for in-person learning in a safe setting.
Kevin D. Plancher, MD, MPH, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and founder of Plancher Orthopaedics. Dr. Plancher is a Clinical Professor, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine and an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, at the Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University in New York.
